Apply for a grant.

The JOAR Memorial Foundation hopes to continue Jack’s love for education, gardening, and the environment by providing financial support to those groups and institutions whose interests and goals align with our own. Whether you are looking to grow a vegetable garden, reduce pollution, or simply educate your students, we want to hear about it and learn how we can help. It is our hope to engage people of all ages in understanding what it takes to address environmental challenges and make our world a safer, healthier, and more beautiful place.

Grant recipients are selected annually. The JOAR Foundation affords small grants that range from $500 to $5000. The deadline to apply is March 30th and recipients are notified by April 15th, our beloved Jack’s birthday.

If you educate, you’ll notice the change.
